It is impressive news, and it's another hit generator for EBLD's sites. Problem remains in that brokers can't call up their clients and say "Hey, did you see the news, lets pick up a few more shares".
Everything hinges on getting that audit complete and the blue-sky registration done. It would be nice if the company could give us a definitive timeline instead of stringing us out every week.

Just to give you an idea of how big the ICTV news is, you have to know something about ICTV (start by reviewing the site at ictv.com). Then realize this:

ICTV is a privately owned company, but take a look at who has a stake in them:

ICTV is 28.6% owned by Cox Communications, and 14% owned by IBM. Lauder Investments (a major venture capitalist) also has a major stake.
