No one, I repeat, no one, is going to buy a company trading at more than four times next years revenues, that has serious management problems and has pinned its hopes on one product, and that one product is facing severe challenges, so much so that one competitor (Cisco) has abandoned it. Newbridge will be lucky to make $150 million in earnings next year and they are sporting a market cap of almost $5.5 billion.



The Nasdaq's down 60 and NN's up on 2.43 million shares. That's hardly evidence no one's buying.
