Bruce,

It is a suckers rally. Benson already said that they are only considering the spinoffs and talk is about as far as they have gone to at this point in time. Between now and this fall when Cabletron may be in a position to complete a so-called spinoff, Cabletron will have released the 1st quarter and 2nd quarter results. That will have more of a bearing on Cabletron's stock price. Particularly if sales on the Yago switches haven't started to accelerate.

This quarter which ends at the end of May should be very telling. Let's see where he pulls his earnings surprises from this time.
