Elmer,

Re: Intel warning

Rumour has it that Intel has MILLIONS of unsold PIII's.

Apparently the Celeron 466 is WILDLY successfull!!!!

PIII 450 prices being slashed from $350 to $250 as we speak!!!!

PIII prices slashed 50% in 2 months - not good news i'm afraid.

Intel stock prices off almost 10% - more to follow!!!

Sorry for the bad news!!!!

Regards,

Kash

Elmer,

They said about 4 months (yes in their CC) ago that K6III will not be a mojor part of the market until the 0.18 transition. What is so hard about this to understand?

Re<<Correct me if I am wrong but I would like to see a source from AMD who made this statement MONTHS ago.>>

You are wrong. Sanders said it in the earning's conference call on Jan. 1999. It was repeated on April's CC. I wish there was link to the minutes of that (the one in January) CC. I know that he said that and any other informed investor should also know.
