Win-Lose-Draw: Yesterdays papers addressed the question how Sellers screw the SMALLER vendors of Tech Goods forcing them into to End Load the Q for better discounts. It is only natural that the Brokers for the Vendors of ASICS's to these SMALL Companies do the same to improve their Monopoly.

This is one reason why smaller Companies sell out to larger ones . They realise that a Monopoly can only be fought on equal terms. The smaller Networkers know they are squeezed from both sides viz the Suppliers and the Buyers. I am not concerned with ASND/LU/NT/CSCO since these Companies can make or break an ASIC supplier. NN's total purchase of single source items is paltry compared to these giants.Besides these Companies have powerful resouces and adequate contigency plans. Their track record in Revenues and earnings is a small pointer of those strengths.

A small Company that is alert to these risks usually ensures that it is not tied to any vendor. A multi source design ensures that strategy is improved.

I am sure many Investors would like to know how many single source
suppliers exists in NN's supply chain.
