Looks like the drop you mention occurred between 3:43-3:49...the last minutes of trading it stabilized back to the $47 level.

Looks a lot better than the sell-off in many other Internet-related names who sold off all the way into the bell. e.g. VRIO, EXDS, AOL. The volume was lighter than yesterday, and it has been decreasing on average from the peak established back in March.

IMO, not too worried about the price action as we continue to digest the 2ndry and some of the Q1 gains.

the drop is due to AT&T's clearing out all obstacles to buying UMG. T has the chance to grab a huge percentage of residential Internet customers via its cable systems which will reach 60% of all homes in America.
