The fundamental position of this company is obviously complex. Perhaps this uncertainty is what is causing a continuing erosion in the internal structure of the stock. Every trade data analysis is showing professional distribution into institutional buying. The state is worse than it was in early May before the top. There has been no repair due to price weakness in the interim.

If QWST was to withdraw then very likely the stock would get a opening jump up. The action would need to be studied to determine whether the pervasive distribution returns. If so, the stock will have substantial risk. If no unusual event occurs and the existing state persists, the stock has short term risk to 40.
