Coz, You need to speak with a good broker. Have them read the news release that states the day of record. I went through this with Schwab once. Had to get a supervisor on the phone that had some experience. But the bottom line is that you have to be owner of record, which mean the trade has to be settled, at the close of the day of record.

My last post on this. It really does not matter to me one way or another. I got burned on this once and am trying to save someone the same grief.
