Soxan, I don't know. I believe that everything that was done followed legal procedures. This was a business ethics violation rather than a legal one, in my opinion. A deal was struck in good faith, and that deal implied cooperation moving forward and an end to the effort to completely oust the board. The effort to do just that at the meeting turned what could have been a good Q&A about progress at the pilot plant etc. into a useless attempt at a power grab.

I have said before, it may well be that Father Gregory truly believes what he is doing to be "right", but it is clearly not an opinion based on a search for scientific truth. If that were the case, he would want, just as we do, to find out if the current approach has any merit before changing direction, yet again.

Of course, I could be completely wrong on this so I will defer to anyone with an understanding of corporate by laws and shareholder obligations and responsibilities.
