Scott, Mohan & All-

IMO, but this is just an opinion, the second half of the year will be good for Dell, in terms of unit growth, especially outside the USA:
the recovery of S.E. Asia, from my point of view, will carry a renewal of an old generation of P.C.s: in the last 1 1/2 year, the market in the Pacific Rim hasn't been good at all for obvious reasons; so, now, a lot of old generation machines is waiting to be substituted.
The generational renewal, that begun months ago in the States, is still in progress, as I can see, in other parts of the world.
Maybe that Y2k bug for the P.C.s is a problem almost resolved in the USA, but seems to me well alive in the rest of the world: in the case of Italy, consider, for example, that I'm seeing many companies, small, medium, even large ones, that just now are taking measures to fix the problem.

BTW, I'll try to keep the thread informed about "local" news regarding Dell and other techs as well as possible.
Thanks for the kind words, and goodnight to All.
