Tom,

A few months ago I was very concerned when I saw growth of the outstanding shares without much in return. We are in a different
situation now. The company has moved forward in a substantial way.

Progress is evident. Now we need to move from potential to profitable. We are still early in the growth pattern. I expect that the company will start showing revenues with their streaming video's and kiosks by the end of the year. Between now and then we should only hope to regain our expenses for acquistions and startup costs for putting all this together. Anything more would be a surprise to me. Big Joe has surprised us all before and that is why I am still riding high and content to sit back and enjoy the fruits of his labors.

Kevin

The money is likely going into Joe Naughton's pocket. You think he doesn't know how the BB game is played?

How many shares are authorized? 100 million? 200 million? You had better find out, because they will all be printed soon. Realize in the mean time that it's impossible to prop up a BB stock (with no financials) when you have 70+ million shares and growing. Perhaps for a few weeks, then that's it.

You need constant hype to keep a long train like that running, and JNNE is trying hard to keep it up. I'm sure that Joe Naughton loves for you to connect the issuing of shares to the "acquisition" of Go-online (has anyone found a past customer of theirs yet?). He's so glad you "figured out" that by yourself.

If he paid shares for Go-online:

1) How many?

2) Were they restricted, or are the Go-online principals busy selling them on the market now?

3) If they were restricted, are you going to see millions of shares dumped into the float six months from now? (there goes the "holding for the long term" argument)

4) Why didn't the company mention that they were issuing.... what was it, 20 million new shares? Didn't they consider that newsworthy?

Having the company audit would answer those questions, but don't ever expect to see it.

Chief, your wisdom please: What exactly is "full OTC status"? And why do you think the lawsuit won't drag on for years?

Seen it all before,
L.E.
