Dear John,
Hello!! Am fine thank you ;).
In actuality pre the auto talk, there was news.
BHunt & TMan reported that there is a postponement of the SB2-A
filing due to a late breaking deal of some sort. BHunt was curious
about the nature and determined it was not client oriented but some sort of alliance etc.. I do have a question about this and should probably direct to BHunt, regardless here goes:
A few weeks ago MS said that whoops we missed a signature our mistake,
we have fixed that and will be filing the amended form the next day.
We now learn that no they did not and now due to SEC requirements of a "snapshot" it is postponed for X amount of time ( wasn't conveyed ).
My question is what exactly is a "snapshot"? A Company surely cannot cease all business.
Also, a tad confused on the timeline is this the second amendment to the original filed? The initial was returned with requests for more information (as I recall), was a signature the only issue? If so why did it take so long to do that? Or were there other clarifications needed and they submitted and missed the signature on that?
Any idea what kind of information would be required on the "late breaking deal"? I suppose it could be a mere paragraph to darn near having to redo the entire filing.
Any insights and or clarifications appreciated.,,, Barbara
