Id file a formal complaint with the Compliance DEpt..the NASD requiers that all complaints be transmitted electronically to the nASD office nearby ..and then teh Office monitors how each complaint is resolved Id take meticulous notes when you speak..but most of all Write everything down in a journal then put it in wrioting and then finally make a demand of what you want to happen....But make sure you send that complaint to trhe broker the MGR and the The complaince dept...3 copies
