All--

Believe it or not, the kind Mr. Muoio did return my call today! Unfortunately, I was out coaching soccer practice and got back to hear his message. He offered me to call him at his office tomorrow, so if anybody does have any relevant, well-thought out questions to pose to the SEC let me know!

Even before the SEC staff attorney returned my call, I was thinking about the stereotyping and negativity focused at the SEC by folks here (who, understandably, have probably had not-so-compassionate experiences with them...) and would like to comment. The SEC is a government organization and yes, although stereotyped by bureaucracy, works FOR THE PEOPLE and is funded BY THE PEOPLE. I myself am a government worker--every one of you pays a part of my salary that goes toward keeping this great nation safe from all enemies, foreign and domestic--and if there was anything I was allowed to discuss with you if you called me at the job I would go out of my way to present to you in the most professional fashion what it was you wanted. I gave the SEC staff attorney that benefit of the doubt and he, very obviously a professional within what may perhaps be a very bureaucratic organization, lived up to my expectations. Don't stereotype the individuals who make up an organization just because of some previous distasteful experience.

There's also something called the Freedom of Information Act of 1974 which requires all government organizations to provide information requested by the public--information that is not protected for some reason, that is. If Reid Muoio can't discuss something with me he'll tell me, otherwise he has to answer our questions--WE ARE HIS CUSTOMERS.

Now, not being a lawyer or an accountant, is there anything I should ask Mr. Muoio that would be helpful to us as shareholders?
