HITT...Hitsgalore.com Announces April Revenues

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 6, 1999-- Hitsgalore.com, Inc. (OTC BB:HITT) today announced preliminary gross revenues for April, 1999 of $491,133.

April gross revenues are double the previous month and more than the revenues for the entire first quarter of 1999. The Company attributes much of the growth to the interest in its Local City Editions.

Hitsgalore.com projects positive cash flow from its unique business model of giving away free lifetime banner placements and generates sales from its sponsorships and Keyword Bid & Rank program. The company believes this compares favorably with other Internet portals and search engine companies that generally report net losses, such as Lycos, Inc. (Nasdaq:LCOS), Excite, Inc. (Nasdaq:XCIT), and Infoseek Corporation (Nasdaq:SEEK). And unlike Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO), Hitsgalore.com does not rely on advertisers purchasing space on its website. Hitsgalore.com strives to provide porn-free searching and does not accept or encourage any porn or adult-content listings on its site. Hitsgalore.com expects continued revenue growth in its core line products and services, and will bring other services online over time.

Hitsgalore.com also recently announced a major radio ad campaign. The decision to use radio is in large part due to the successful performances of other internet companies which have successfully used radio to drive market awareness and acceptance, such as priceline.com (Nasdaq:PCLN), Amazon.com (Nasdaq:AMZN) and eBay Inc.(Nasdaq:EBAY). The ad campaign is slated to kick-off during the last week of May. Hitsgalore.com believes the radio campaign and the Internet on-line advertising conducted by DoubleClick Inc. (Nasdaq:DCLK) will positively impact revenues, and the company is taking steps to handle the increased traffic anticipated, adding additional hardware and personnel.

The gross revenues reported by the Company are internally prepared, have not been subjected to audit and are prior to any reserve or allowance for refunds.

Included in this release are "forward-looking" statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and as that term is defined in the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Although the company believes that the expectations reflected in such forward-looking statements are reasonable, it can give no assurance that such expectations reflected in such forward-looking statements will prove to have been correct. The company's actual results could differ materially from those anticipated in the forward-looking statements as a result of certain factors including sales levels, distribution and competition trends and other market factors.
