Regarding your BIOS password, have you tried contacting the BIOS manufacturer, Award or Phoenix probably, or your seller? You have to be able to get into your BIOS.

Have you tried just hitting return when the password is requested?

I was asking your method for getting access to the statutory filings, where, how and at what costs, if you don't mind sharing that information.
