I don't see much afterhour activity on ENBC, what do you attribute that to?

This post brings to mind the Buffet quote, paraphrasing "if your playing poker, and have been at the table more than 15 minutes and can't figure who the patsy is, you are."
Anytime you've been trading for a while and get a feel for how stocks move and one doesn't move right, something is up. In the case of the huge volume no go anywhere action, it's a real safe bet that you have massive dilution, ie. insider selling. Insiders are laughing there butts off and throwing wild parties after work celebrating the fact that Tokyo's travelling horde of gypsy traders travelled through their stock one day and gave them a chance to bail out for more than they ever dreamed.
IMO the only time a Tmex stock should be mentioned here is as a short. Sure he might actually do some research and come up across something good, but what are the odds.
