There is not a comparison in support. Beacon has a hands on approach and is available on the phone or through Instant messanger. The fact that if I want to speak to a partner and can at any given time during the trading day makes it more worth while. Not to mention their experience in the industry is by far more extensive. As a daytrader 100 trades is a 4 day process so that is not what I look for it is the neccessary training and continued support that put them in front.
