Who is Mary Ann?? The Yogo sales lady? Just in case others are going through Withdrawl..... Difficult to assess,this deal. Definitely, a low ball offer.This may not/not be the last!! I was expecting to buy a new condo with my unrealized profits,so you know this hurts me,more than most. I would kind of go along with Karl's observations. You know you will get the $8.00 eventually,for those on margin,it will increase your opportunities to buy whatever. However,in the end, anytime,I see Fahn,Brut,and their gaggle of thieves that post on S.I.threads,like Capt.Jack,or Whatever,WEXLIAR, and the rest of the telemarketer shorts, who really combined to short the hell out of Tava,everytime their was good news,makes them totally guilty and culpable in this tragic story.These are the same clowns telling us,that we should accept this ridiculous deal!! I too,have consulted counsel,in my lawyers humble opinion,we should go after,the M.M's here and the telemarketer shorts,who really ripped us off,big time!!! I submitted overwhelming evidence to support these allegations!!!!!!! I have thoroughly enjoyed,participating on this thread,however,the profits that were stolen from us all,doesn't sit well with me!! Just remember one thing,it's not over until,it is over. As far as,I'm concerned,it's not over yet!!!!!!!!! Regards, Dave P.S. The good thing about this,though,is I will never,have to listen to that moon phase stock picker,WEXLIAR,who kept telling us all about the Tava fraud.Well,WEXLIAR,someone has already offered to buy the Tava fraud at $8.00,you better write them and tell them what you,think,as if they would listen to a fool like you!!!!!!!
