REH,

I like Medix, but to say it's even in the same world as Healtheon is really a joke. Healtheon is already in at 14,000 pharmacies through their MedE acquisition. They reach 168,000 physicians through a variety of partnerships with providers and payors. Their annual transaction run-rate on e-commerce exchanges in 125MM. And, they have all the cash and equity capital they need to buy the relationships they further want to engage in. Healtheon is far and away ahead. You should know these things if you're going to publicly recommend the stock as you have. But, I still think Medix has upside if it can close some accounts, bring in some investors, and get a new CEO. But, even after that, I wouldn't think they're anywhere close to Healtheon. But hopefully they'll be at $1.50-$2.00 by then and we can all be happy.
