I agree, but I also see the other side of the coin. If I had built a business and put my own money at risk I would not take kindly to a bunch of people who tried to tell me how to run my business.

What people are describing as Gordon's greed is being met with shareholders greed. Frankly, Gordon's role is to do what's best for TSIG. UNtil he starts converting those shares , he hasn't done anything detrimental. If he converts them and purposely drives down the share price without a just reason then I think we have a situation that needs action. We are up in arms over a possible scenario that hasn't occurred yet. It's easy to " what if" yourself to death. You can't accuse someone of a crime on the basis of " he's in a position to commit it" and you can't take away his weapons because "he might use them to hurt someone".
