Too Bad, Sooo Sad...and to think that phase II of this scam was off to such a good start. I hope some of the road kill from phase I didn't get so excited when VGEN topped $2.00 this week that they forgot to get out. No sympathy from this cat if the did.

Only question is who the hell bought? Ahh, to have the courage to go short! Looks like Miller's going to need that stockpile of PGE-1 to keep this monster up! Imagine the nerve refusing to answer questions about the $5,000,000 loan default on the part of Mssrs. Waite and See.

Looks like the only thing left is the SEC and the Directors and Officers Liability coverage which in fact may not respond in the case of:
