I know PRTL is one that is surely manipulated. PRTL does have some interesting events taking place as we speak, I feel that there will be significant news after or before earnings that are expected on May 11th. This is an opinion, take it as such. I sold PRTL last year after riding it from 16-->29 7/8 I sold it 1/8 of it's high, lucky me. MAM is a LONG SHOT but I do get lucky at times.
