I just read an issue of Investor's Digest. It summed up what we all suspected about small cap stocks. Basically they have been in a bear market since the fall of 1987 (which also coincides with JMAR's peak of almost $5). Essentially just a few stocks are rallying this market and are extremely overvalued. The internet stocks are creating a bubble that will burst. Then we should start to see small caps get their justified valuations.
