Positives? Yes. Company mgmt has been with the company for several years, and many have been working together successfully for years before DCI came into being. This mgmt team has GROWN our company at a spectacular rate, without hype, without a big paid I.R. firm, just basically tending to business. Perhaps that's why we are not trading at some crazy multiple. But the foundation is there. Once the stock starts trading and many shareholders dump their shares at the Bid - others will come in a buy. In THIS CURRENT fiscal YEAR I think we own a $90 to $100 MILLION company. At current levels we are selling for less than 1/2 revenues. Eventually this kind of thing gets recognized. That's all THE POSITIVES I need right now. Colin
