I am going to go out on a limb and make a bold prediction: Defense will file a Motion for Summary Judgement and the judge will grant it because all the causes of action are a joke. Now I know the whiners out there will say, "Gosh, mc, are you an attorney? How can you jump to such conclusions when it is obvious that the Webnode3 have conspired to overthrow the government. Their BW release was simply a test run for the imminent dissemenation of their Canadian-short-selling pro-reptilian-space-alien-chicken-thingy propaganda which will ultimately lead to their infiltration of the underground world government currently acting as FEMA in cooperation with a secret UN committee." My response to that is this: When I was in college I was a file clerk at a law firm for four long years. Plus, I have a friend who went to Yale law school (I know what you are thinking - He did too graduate!). So how's that for some legal background? Now that I've explained all of that, I'll expect no lip from any of you claiming that I have no legal background from which to draw on to make these amazing predictions. My power of prediction might not be that of Riley G, but, I'm working on it. mc
