Oh and by the way, when I say you for the most part, I'm taking about all the directors. This long term slide has been going on for many years and I'm yet to see one single director from Tracer that has been worth his salt in the five years I've been a shareholder. I've had a tremendous opportunity to average down during those years tho. How many have lost over ninety percent of their investment so far. Let me see those hands! (at the meeting)

My investors and I committed to the private placement last year not knowing that the Company had not disclosed to the shareholders that it had received notice from NASDAQ of the possible delisting of the stock. When this came to our attention, and certain members of the Board were still against disclosing this information to the shareholders, we had to back away - I was fearful that the Company was ripe for a lawsuit if they proceeded down the path of non-disclosure, and then somehow the information leaked out. Fortunately, after we pulled our commitment for the private placement, the Board listened to me and disclosed the problem of the possible delisting.
