Was just checking out Trim Tabs, Amgdata, and the Fed figures. Money supply figures still way down from earlier this year. Inflows diminishing to stock funds,but still positive. But not nearly enough inflow to pay for the GS IPO. As my friend the retired broker told me last night, however, "All that needs to happen is for a bunch of mutual fund managers to conclude after a martini lunch that it's time to take some money out. Then all of a sudden it will be like a crowd trying to get out a revolving door."
