Jim, my comment was just a guess on my part. I have no problem with the stock price going up. If it does, I will be disappointed that I didn't buy in. However, I feel that unless they state a reason (i.e. stock is too thinly traded, need more shares to achieve a small cap listing etc.), then I think it may just be a gimmick which may be short lived. I'm not trying to protect anyone from themselves, just offering an unsolicited opinion. Good luck, I'm outa here. Mike
