Joe,

I'm not sure what you mean by a conspiracy. Do you know for certain if Trailmobile or Newcourt are guarantying the obligations of Mond, if this guaranty will be provided on a continuing basis, and if there is any cost for the guaranty? I've read nothing about a guaranty in recent press releases.

Regardless of the long-term prospects of MII, they need credit from suppliers for their purchases in the short term. It's hard to get credit when you have a negative net worth and two years of losses. If Mond had a positive book value, Trailmobile might provide a guaranty for free, but they could require some incentive to guaranty debt when there already is an accumulated deficit of $7.45 million.

Regards,
John
