Hi Mike, "long time no see". The financial instruments used by ASTN is the same as that used by RNTK, all right, but I think there is a difference between the two companies, first, by some magic, the stock is now well above $10, thus exercising the put will cause only dilution by 1 MM shares, barely 3% of equivalent shares outstanding. Also, they have more than 2 MM warrants they can call, apparently to bring in more than another $10 MM. Last, Gomez raised $5 MM thus their burn rate is well taken care of. RNTK is still burning cash with no hope of positive cash flow on the horizon.

Hi Mike,

Disclaimer I have Ashton in a Long position in my portfolio. However, if it goes down, I'll feel admiration for your conviction to short it. Should it go up, and it has about 300% so far for me, I hope you'll feel the same for me.

About 6 weeks ago was the SEC approval, and about 2 weeks after that in a publication, the CEO mentioned July 1 as the start date. Still waiting for the Philly to come out with the official announcement, but these 2 events might have played a part in the rise.

Regards
Rob
