It is times like this that one has to evaluate whether or not they are ACTUALLY long term with AOL or not. To be long term one must have the stomach for it. This is not a kids game. We have had a tremendous run-up in this stock. Profits are going to be taken as they have been. It certainly can go lower. Last year it dropped approximately 50% from its high. If the fundamentals have not changed when you bought the stock then why not continue to hold it. I for one have been long term, and on paper, have made a lot of money. One can say that over the last 10 years had you invested $10,000 in MSFT and held onto it, it would now be worth somewhere in the area of $800,000. The question is though, would you have held onto it through many of it's ups and downs, or sold it along the way. You are now in real time with AOL. As I've said many times, Steve Case is no dummy. He didn't get AOL to where it is by luck. Have faith and hold on. You will be rewarded. The internet is in its infancy right now. I'm sure he has many things on the burner.

Good Luck to Long Term AOL Investors.
