Zeev,

I'm skeptical about their business model - as about as skeptical as the insiders filing their 144's. If the future was grand they tell us, then they'd be holding instead of dumping. I think that insider selling in itself tells a lot.

Indeed there'll be downward pressure, of not only from the selling by the convertable debenture and warrant holders, but of the Momentum players caught at the top and other short sellers seeing an opportunity. Gravity has it's effect.

Indeed in the long term, perhaps this company will turn a profit. I'd think they'd have to make a few good quarters to prove their place in the sun.

FYI: The positive sentiments expressed SEC in their review and approval of Ashton's system that caught my attention, and to even suggest the dd of the longs is mostly limited to the fine credentials of management is not accurate and to me insulting. I would also note there is comfort in holding points in reserve.

Cheers
