Mr Fun,Alan stated that NN is already shipping against 115 millions.
Single product???:
a) 36170/LMDS consider this as new product. Both CSCO and ASND do not have it.
b) 36177 light core switch
c) 36140 access switch
d) 36144 access switch
e) 4000 based on 36170 cofiguration for class 4 circit switch replacement
f) 36170/FR,ADLS,TDM,CE. ASND need two or three boxes to do it.

And everthing based on the same manadement platform.

If you add ATM/IP function to be announced soon and already shipped ( listen carefully to last CC)
you will be surpride how many products NN has.

Overall, 40+% of Q3 280 WAN packet was ATM, and the rest.....
Q4 WAN packet was 320

I am not counting TDM at all

S Even with current problems NN entire WAN packet growth 15+%,
with ATM much more.

ASND last three quarter growth in core segment(FR+ATM) was :flat(Q398),25%(Q498) and 3% (Q199)

NN:15%, 35%, and last 35+%

Sure ASND do not have the eproblems b/c demand for FR+ATM is weeker.

<<i'm thankful i only have a very few shares right now....i would consider buying more only
to trade and the entry price would be a lot lower than todays....they have good
technology but it doesnt matter does it if they cant fill the orders...how long will
customers put up with this? i would if they were the only supplier on earth but are they
or will they be....

you just cant buy a company based on its product alone, you have to look at the ability
to deliver it also among other things>>

Michael, I understand your concern about Newbridge's ability to deliver product. This is something that we all share however the more talking I do with people from Newbridge the better understanding I get as to the overall problem.

First, the clients who stuff the channels right at the very end of the Q must understand that deliveries might be delayed a short while due to the lateness of the order in the Q.

Second, as explained during Alans CC earlier this week many clients modify the configuration of the equipment after the original order has been booked with manufacturing and thus at the last second things must be changed.

Third, if someone asks Alan on the June 1 CC how many more days it would have taken to complete the outstanding 115 million in orders after the end of Q you would be surprised (very few, with a few exceptions).

To the best of my knowledge changes are underway as we speak inside of Newbridge and I would expect to see more prior to June 1.

My 2 cents are on Newbridge and I have placed more shares in my portfolio. What is the downside and what is the upside of this stock?
I rest my case.

Regards
Glenn
