Kevin, I can only make an assumption here after reading those posts: The company wanted to be NON-REPORTING for a specific reason - usually to get stock out through 504's etc. I of course do not know what the company is doing. Only the officers & directors do. All I know is that paper came out today in size or the stock, on that kind of buying volume, would have closed at $4 - $6. Nice to meet a sincere open minded person - Best of luck to you. Good call you made to stay at the sidelines for a second look.
