Can't answer your question about the options, but if it were me I'd sell it now, unless it looks like it will climb some more, in which case you don't want to lock it down with a cc right away anyway. Hard to beat a 60% return. Re-invest in one with a couple of strikes between it and the black hole. I personally pass on anything below $10. Too much risk of being stranded in a position you can't even work yourself out of with a series of CCs. Also can't get much, if any, margin on less than $10 with most brokers.
