BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 29, 1999--

Premium Caching Offering Brings AGIS Carrier and Corporate Customers
Fastest Available Broadband Internet Performance; Partnership
Agreement with AGIS and Novell Expands Mirror Image Market Reach

Committed to delivering caching solutions that unleash the full
potential of the broadband Internet, Mirror Image Internet, Inc.,
majority owned by The Scandinavia Company, Inc., (AMEX:SCF) today
announced a partnership agreement with AGIS, one of the largest global
facility-based Internet access and data service providers. Under this
agreement, AGIS will offer a bundled Novell (NASDAQ:NOVL) and Mirror
Image total caching solution to ISPs and corporate subscribers
nationwide as a premium service option with AGIS' advanced data
service offerings.
Through the partnership agreement, the AGIS direct sales force
will sell the bundled Internet acceleration solution as a premium
offering for an additional monthly fee. The solution is based on
locally installed Novell BorderManager Enterprise Edition 3 servers
accessing the Mirror Image global network of large, scaleable central
caches at key Internet exchange points, bringing Internet content
closer to end users and exponentially improving the performance of
subscribers' networks.
"Mirror Image, Novell and AGIS create a winning combination for
our joint customers in the Internet industry - ISPs, carriers, and
companies that require high performance Internet service at an
affordable cost," said Skip Seitz, executive vice president of Sales
AGIS. "This agreement expands the market opportunity for AGIS, Novell
and Mirror Image Internet - and provides an ideal approach to caching
that supports 24x7 Internet user demands for international and
domestic ISPs and Web-enabled corporate networks."
"The Internet user's appetite for bandwidth is inherently
insatiable," said David Wu, president of Mirror Image Internet, Inc.
"By joining forces with AGIS, Novell and other Mirror Image strategic
partners, we're able to deliver caching solutions that make the full
broadband Internet possible."
"As content publishers, enterprises and ISPs implement
increasingly complex and performance intensive Web sites, the need
for
caching as core Internet infrastructure technology to enhance network
performance becomes critical for telecommunications companies and
carrier class networks," commented Smita Deshpande, director of
marketing, Novell Internet products. "With over five million
enterprise users already relying on Novell's Internet caching
technology to enhance their Web performance, we have clearly
established ourselves as the leader in the caching market. Today's
announcement builds on our existing partnerships with AGIS and Mirror
Image to provide complete Internet services for customers of all
sizes."

Premium Service Pricing and Availability

AGIS will begin offering the bundled Novell / Mirror Image
Internet acceleration solution to their nationwide customers
immediately at an additional monthly charge above the current AGIS
monthly access fees. For more details about this premium service
offering, contact AGIS at 1-800-380-AGIS or email sales@agis.net.

Most of the products that were "hot" represented the increasing maturity of the internet. New hot products
represented add-ons to the existing infrastructure to improve the quality of users' experience (such as
"caching", load balancing "premium" fees to be collected by service providers).....

Traffic Caching. Inktomi, Cacheflow, Network Appliance, Novell, Cisco, Mirror Image and others were
presenting this technology as means of improving network response times in full filling end-user requests....
