This garbage about trying to get a Bill passed through Congress came up again today, apparently with more vigor.

This controversy seems to be heating up with T's merger/buyout.

This of course does not help our cause here

Shorts are busy slamming on the Yhoo ATHM thread.

Any thoughts on this?

****OT****Another meaningless hypster post

"It's hard to get fulfilled when you have to sort through hundreds of hypster posts every day on what used to be a very informative thread."

Mr. Michaud- More than once you've criticized the quality of posts on this thread. If you don't like what is posted, I suggest that you start your own ATHM thread.

Personally, I find this thread very informative. The links provide me with up-to-date information on all of broadband's news. I don't have the time to do all of the researching on my own, and I appreciate those that locate it for me.

I also like the opinions of ATHM investors. I do want to know how posters (ATHM shareholders especially) are reacting to news that affects this company. This is an important segment of investing as well. Besides, facts in and among themselves can be boring. What makes reading enjoyable is information sprinkled with a little personal thought, feeling, and humor. Sure, we are here for knowledge. But aren't we also here for support when things take a dip and aren't so rosy? It's nice to know that others have "faith" and see "potential" in this company. It keeps one from pushing that "SELL" panic button.

<<<Mr. Deeb: It's hard to get fulfilled when you have to sort through hundreds of hypster posts every day on what used to be a very informative thread.>>>

M.P.M, you know what you need? You need to take a trip over to the YHOO ATHM thread. I will make it easy for you, here is the link: messages.yahoo.com

Read through about 50 or so posts over there, then you will come back to this thread with a different mind set. This happens to be a very informative thread, and has helped many to make sound decisions. That is one of the reasons that I do not appreciate the way ahhaha makes his points. Though I think that he is very intelligent, I do not feel that I can trust what he says for I do not know his motive. He doesn't seem like the sort that would want to use his intelligence to help others. Sort of like not knowing if Superman were good or evil!
I would simply suggest if you are unhappy with the quality of posters here, then start your own thread where you can post real information. If you were to do that we would miss you and your profound posts, but we will survive!
