To Whom It Might Concern: I don't mean to be rude but my computer guru, tells me never to download and open an e-mail attachment unless I know who its coming from. In this case I obviously do not. I can only tell you that I am heavily invested in the company, anything that I say about it is from public information, even if I think that I know something more. I have great regard for the founder and the new management team that he has assembled and I think the stock is dirt cheap at this level. As far as the turnaround that an analyst would be looking for, the company won't be there until Q4 99 earliest. The company is underappreciated in the market because the magnitude and timeliness of their new solutions is not understood by the man on the street. The institutions clearly understand as they have bought up 93% of the stock. If you are thinking of recommending the stock, just look carefully at management. I always thought that the secret to making money on Wall Street is to anticipate what's going to happen and get there before it does. I have to refine that some in view of my experience with ASPT and one or two other situations. I know I'm in the right place, I just don't know whether I'm too early or way too early. The tiny trading float in the stock makes it easy for the MMs to create smoke for their own purposes. I question the legality of some of the things that I'm seeing from them but they are not asking me for advise so I guess we are at their mercy until external events overtake the situation. I'm sure those positive events are coming. Just don't know when. Obviously so are the institutions and company insiders. By the way, the company has planned the transition. Probably didn't foresee the stock taking quite the hit it has. Maybe did not consider the lack of analyst insight but if its not in the model it must not work and we have to start at square 1 and treat the company as totally unproven. Right? Good luck!
