boardurchin, Maybe they are busy and don't have time to respond to e-mails from investors but that does not give me a good feeling. Even though many of my questions are covered in the thread I like to communicate with the IR department to see how they value potential investors. If they don't give reasonable service to investors then I will have doubts about the success they will have with customers. Also, I can't take everything posted on the thread at face value so some things need to be confirmed. My first e-mail was short and just intended to initiate contact ... I will follow it up with more questions after they reply. I haven't given up yet but I will sit on the sidelines until I get an appropriate comfort level directly from USAB and if I miss something big that is in the works then so be it. Also, why don't they have a web site or link that includes investor information? Many investors will have the same questions which they could address in a FAQ. Regards, Rob
