Here's another ugly situation that Carmine J. Bua was involved in: This filing re. stock ownership shows that Bua is an attorney who is holding stock in escrow for an individual named Larry A. Stockett who has been involved in lots of stock scandals. The scandals are described in the filing: sec.gov

Here's the next filing involving Carmine Bua: a general registration filed just a few weeks ago for a co. called "Beach Chair" in which a closing will take place at Bua's office: sec.gov excerpt: 4.3. The Closing under this Agreement shall take place at the law offices of Carmine Bua, 3838 Camino Del Rio North Ste. 333, San Diego, CA 92108, or at such place, time or date, as may be agreed upon by the parties. I don't see anything major in this filing, and Beach Chair doesn't seem to trade yet, but it's interesting to see what all goes on at the address that is given for NCDR
