n.p.,

I like your target of beating $4.25 tomorrow.

Todays trading was a long string of small trades with two
20,000+ jabs and a few 5,000 blocks here and there - the
rest was smaller trades generally 1,000 or less.

It backed off a $3.60 wall early and the next time it saw
the $3.60 it chewed right through (29,000 shares). There
was a $3.95 offer up a few times.

I'd like to try and make a list of the announcements we can
expect in 1999 for Pennsaid (as taken from the interview):

1 The marketing agreement with a major company - May
2 The US approval - Jul-Aug?
3 The British approval - Jul-Aug?
4 The British agreement with a major company - Jul-Aug?
5 The NASDAQ listing - Oct?
6 The NASDAQ related public offering - Oct?
7 The Canadian approval - after Aug?

A new joint venture for a male pattern baldness product?
A further investment in OXO Chemie?
Approval in a third European country?
WF10 phase 3 news?
What product 4 is?
And all those television commercials!

Didn't Peter say the US partner would be someone we all know?
So maybe more of a household name.

Good luck everyone.

N.P. i've had a few shares for years,
bought a few thousand at $2.20 last may,
and a few thousand more at .95

then i sold them all at $2.12 to play a run-up in
microsoft, worked very well. i had a buy
order in at $2.05 last week that didn't
get filled, and i ended up buying my shares
back at $2.43 and $2.51 yesterday, with
some more money on the way.

so the buyback didn't work so well,
i was calling and checking the price 5 times a day
the last week, not wanting to miss out on the announcement.
i was feeling really bad without my shares. now i'm
going to hold these for next few years...
5000 shares should easily turn into $100,000 in a few years,
right?

n.p.,

Got your wish at the moment.

4.39 on over 430,000 shares at 1pm.

Looks like we're going to blow yesterdays volume
away.
