I really am impressed that the CEO of SHAL is personally addressing the short's attacking our company. It also seems that a particular short is being referenced. (What's the guy's name?). Anyway, it's a liitle discouraging to see stock price down, but i think we're in good company. All the other internets are also down from their highs.

Thanks Thumper for taking the time to transfer Mr. Krause's response to this thread. I appreciate that SHAL has taken the time and effort to address the allegations put forth by Floydie on the SI thread and Truthseeker on Raging Bull, probably one and the same. As the reponse is measured up to the allegations we shall soon see if those interested in SHAL see the company as great investment or as Flodie/Truthseeker likes to call it a SHIL....... Keep the faith......

WOW! Impressive ...credibility restored, Mr Krause! I am not currently a shareholder and had been busy with other things but find that an amazing post. I wish SHAL and it's shareholders the best to of luck and I SHAL be investing in SHAL for sure when you they are on NASDAQ, if not sooner. I screamed for people to buy this at $2.25, but all that happened was people like TMEX banished me from his board because it was a BB stock. I spoke to Garrett several months ago, of course, and had a "good feeling" about him. I think his posting today was a good idea. "Longs" should be pleased I would think. Maybe more companies in the future will make it easier for shareholders to get full disclosure from the company. I am glad he opened the history books. PS-- What he says in print he is liable for, so I cannot help but believe it all is true. I wish I had money to invest right now... I had not seen how low the stock had dropped.

Truthseeker says criminal, lawbreaker Garrett Krabman Krause has made many many lies in his shillholder response. I also see he took down his web site garrettkrause.com . Wonder why? He looked like "Elvis" . Truthseeker was waiting for such a fraudulent response from manipulator and lawbreaker Garret KrabMan Krause. Truthseeker always tells the truth and will respond to open shareholder letter. Wonder if Garrett Krause Yacht is part of the Krab fishing fleet. I can see Garrett Krabman Krause right now fishing for Krabs off the back of Yacht trying to increase shareholder value. Truthseeker
