ACTV - I wouldn't name any specific company because it would be pure speculation with no basis to back it up. Any of the companies getting into the cable multimedia race would be prospective buyers.
It is definitely an exciting time and ACTV has a key component to this future multimedia technology.

ACTV- from today's NY Times

This is NOT MSFT

The promise is great: a system that could allow AT&T to provide
competition against Baby Bells in local phone markets through cable
connections -- even while delivering interactive television, which could
allow viewers to select their own camera angles or replays, and
lightning-quick Internet access to households more accustomed to
molasses-like speeds.
