Inc magazine (May 1999 issue)....Cover story is on Inner city development....The title is America's Best Kept Secret....it lists the top 100 compainys in Americas inner cities....since a minimum requirement is that you have to be in business for five years BOAO was not mentioned that and they aren't in business yet)!This is supposed to be a new list like all the Inc and Forbes lists....my point here is that big attnention is strting to be directed at minority and inner city develpoment the article is FULL of info that makes this investment very exciting...Entrepreneur May 1999 issue also has a huge section on inner city development.... With all this media attention and increased government funding....BOAO appears to be in the right place at the right time....the Inc article also mentioned several advantages to being there....its a must read....Once we we some progress in the BAOA business plan and hopefully a reverse split we can start to really move
