Christopher, here's something else I watch -- taxes paid (is the libertarian crowd listening???). Since even the sleaziest company would not dream of overpaying taxes it can give you a good feeling for what is actually going on (minus all the bs about revenues which may or may not be real, and expenses which may be understated). I don't pay all that much attention to earnings -- they are too easily manipulated. But I do like to watch the relationship between earnings and cash flow. It can be very informative. TTFN, CTC
