Bob, well we did have to seek shelter in he interior of the building away from the glass as the storm came though. Was really ugly from the 10th floor. I really feel for those people in other parts of the country where the damage was so great.

The meeting went very well. Some discussion of last quarter's ugly financials, a prediction of return to profitability by 4th quarter, and reports of Netgain sales. A Netgain demo. The highlight was a frank discussion of the state of the marketing efforts by David Cormack, the new marketing VP. A nice Scottish acent. And yes, it was requested that "Scotty beam up our revenue!"

There is a lot of enthusiasm for remote hosting of Netgain and other apps. We will likely be hearing a lot more about this. Netgain sales efforts are increasingly using the Internet for scheduled demos, in fact the last three sales required only one visit and the rep came back with a contract.

The Take Control product has renewed life with existing customers after some upgrades and is producing new revenue also.

The question was asked about "is the company for sale?" and Richard Brock answered "not at these stock prices" and commented that, in his opinion, the company is currently undervalued in the stock market.

I felt very good about both the Board meeting and the shareholder meeting. But as a new Board member, I must confess that my glasses may be a bit rose colored.
