DCTI just suffering what many stocks are suffering now, market uncertainty and unwillingness to jump on bargains, especially in the nets. Weak hands bailing. No real buying. But that could change at any time. Looking ahead, DCTI will be a leader in e-commerce and e-banking payment processing, maybe even #1. Knowing that it is very undervalued here. AOL needs to find a base first and bounce. Then stocks like DCTI will have nice moves upward. Let's hope for a net and tech recovery very soon.
