Found this interesting post in the Quicken newsgroup...I'm not sure of its accuracy:

Received from B of A today:

We have concluded the development of our HomeBanking compatible
Quicken software, and it will be released to Arizona and Nevada
clients in July. The software will not be released in California until
later in the year. We apologize for the delay.

Our development of a HomeBanking compatible version of Quicken was
slowed due to the bank's Year 2000 compliance efforts. Unfortunately,
this pushed the California release date back further than anticipated.
