i can not prove, that i bought cn.b at 9.75 and sold it on a daytrade. at 11.25 for a gain of $1500 dollars.

Ahhh, see Norm, that's where you're wrong, and that's why you're asked to post your trades in real time. You can prove your claim in this case by just naming which brokerage you traded through and nothing more.

You see, of the 36 brokerages that traded CN.B yesterday, only 3 recorded any sales at $11.25. Guess what! Of those 3, only one bought any at $9.75! So all you have to do is name the brokerage.

Of course now that I've given you this information, you can go and do the research for yourself and give us the correct name. The question is, had you posted when you bought and before you sold, could you have named that one brokerage? I guess we'll never know!
